Taste Festivals
The Crackling Pig was used by a well known London restaraunt group at the 'Taste of London' exhibition in Regents Park during June 2007 to provide cooked pigs and lamb for the event.
In June 2008 The Crackling Pig will have our own stand at the 'Taste of Bath' exhibition, offering premium quality pigs and lamb freshly cooked, aswell as apple sauce made exclusively from hand picked apples grown in Martin's brother's orchard in Gloucestershire, and home-made ratatouille to complement the meats.
