We don't do 'Packages. We don't like the word. You can buy a 'Package Holiday' A kitchen design 'Package' A software bundle 'Package' that's what you get. A Package.

So what are we saying here? What we are saying is that Customers themselves aren't 'Packages' they are individuals with personal requirements, so why offer a 'Catering' package.

The word we like to use is 'Flexibility'

You can have what you want, within reason of course! Might draw a line at the girlfriend or a ride in my Jag Sports! (if I had one).

Any Hog/Meat Roast will always include,
Meat of your choice cooked, served and prepared on site. Floury baps/white/wholemeal, fresh baked Bramley apple sauce, fresh stuffing. All condiments, serving table, and equipment, disposable napkins.

You will find a list of suggested canapés, meats/fish, salads, side dishes, and desserts/cheeses.
Any choice of these can be made, think of it as 'Mix and Match'. Your Choice. Quoi que ce soit as the French say.

Private Parties - Corporate Sports Functions - Weddings. It's all the same really. The only difference is the amount if people and your individual choice of meats, additional items etc. That will dictate the final price.

What we offer in respect of the all the Functions listed above is the same superb quality food the difference will be those additional items required for the particular function. For example

- A private Function may require a simple Hog roast, anything additional like extra serving staff, a magician, or even some music can be priced as extra.

- A Corporate Function may be a Hog or other Meat Roast, a Barbeque, and a Face painter? Items other than the Hog roast will be priced accordingly.

A Wedding Function may include a Hog Roast, a Barbeque, Evening Buffet, decorated balloons, and extra serving/waiting staff, whatever. The additional items apart from the Hog roast are priced as required.

We can supply crisp linen table cloths, real crockery, flower arrangements etc in respect to any of the above packages.
