At the Crackling Pig Ltd we use only the finest meat. OK so you've heard that one before. But let me tell you what that means. Our Meats are sourced locally from Premier suppliers. The 'traceability' of the meat is a priority. Traceability means that it's pedigree and sourcing can be proven. If it's Organic that you want then that is what you will get (there are however at least three different definitions of 'Organic' depends on which Food Standard Authority you are quoting). However our Meat is of premium quality. I eat is myself!
