Roasting Equipment

The Hog Roaster is a state of the art, free-standing, gas-powered spit roaster. The unit is of German manufacture, constructd in Bavaria and of the type used at large scale festivals and events. THe unis has 3 spits and is capable of roasting a full size pig or other meats. The unit has halogen lighting which adds to the effect of the hog roast. THe look and the smell of the meat roasting is fabulous and you will be blown away by the taste. The beauty of the machine is that the cooking process can be viewed.

The beauty of this hog-roaster is that it can be used indoors as well as outside. Two glass doors makes the cooking process enclosed, protected from the elements and there is no mess created as the unit is equipped with its own drip-tray. The unit is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness before, during and after the function as we at The Crackling Pig believe that not only is the standard of food important, but also the hygiene as well.

We also use a free standing gas powered barbeque grill, which again can be used in or outdoors as well.

Not only do we supply and use the main cooking equipment mentioned above, but we can also supply high quality serving equipment, making your function hassle and washing-up free!
